Shipping & Pick Up
We work hard to save our customers money by offering many different pick up locations to save on shipping costs. We always ship the most cost effective way possible in the event we're shipping orders out to you!
Wildwood, Evansburg & Entwistle and Area Customers:
We offer pick up to our local customers at Evansburg Family Clothing. Please select pick up at check out and shoot us a quick message that you'd like to pick up there so we can make arrangements and notify you once it's ready for pick up.
Edmonton and Area Customers:
We have a location with a drop box that Edmonton and area orders can be picked up from, subject to our schedule of getting into the city. This drop box is located in the North East area, and is very quick access from the Henday.
Market Customers:
Want to order ahead of a market to ensure we have everything you're looking for on hand? Not a problem! Select pick up at check out and shoot us a message with what market you're looking to meet us at so that we can be sure to have your order pre picked and ready for pick up at the market.
All Other Canadian Customers:
We offer shipping via Canada Post for our orders, and depending on size and weight, they will be sent either tracked or untracked. Once shipment has been made, a tracking number notification is sent to you, if applicable. In the event of a strike situation we will offer alternative shipping and will work with you to quote that out.
USA and beyond Customers:
Unfortunately at this time for numerous reasons we are unable to ship outside of Canada.
