- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days or sooner. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at fortheseed@protonmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal: You can choose to pay with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
- Interac e-Transfer: For customers who prefer to use Interac e-Transfer, please send your payment to fortheseed@prontonmail.com. Your order will be processed once the payment has been received.
- Sales Tax: All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, if applicable.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
